We endeavour to accurately represent all items in our descriptions and photographs, including any significant defects or signs of wear.
Prices for items are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions even after an order has been submitted, and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
Sales can be conducted directly through the website or via reverb.com. Shipping costs will be added to your order during the checkout process. For international orders, you may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your order depending on the country in which you reside.

Welcome to Black Swan Fine Instruments. We understand that not every purchase may go as planned and we aim to make returns as simple as possible. Our policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange. We are dedicated to offering you a seamless shopping experience and stand behind the quality of our products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Return and Refund Policy will guide you through the process.
All returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date. We are unable to accept returns beyond this time frame.
Items must be returned in the same condition as they were received. This means that new items must be returned new and unused, and vintage and used instruments must be returned with no new signs of wear or damage. Any alterations or damages not reported in your initial complaint will make the return void. We cannot accept returns on items that have been damaged after delivery.
We accept returns for items that arrive damaged, do not match the listing description, or are not what you ordered. Please note that because of the unique nature of our items, we cannot accept returns simply because you have changed your mind.
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for return. Once your return is accepted, we will provide instructions for packing and shipping the item back to us.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
